The Flower Connection is a newly-formed company owned and operated by its directors Wayne Dewey and Dale Heritage. Dale has over 20 years experience and considerable expertise in the flower industry, managing the wholesale business for Flower World for many years. Wayne has a Masters degree in business administration and 30 years experience running various businesses including a retail flower business in Rotherham.

We understand that dependability and flexibility are important service factors and we are working hard to ensure that we deliver our promises. Our cash and carry branches are open to trade only. We are a business to business organisation, so you don’t need to worry that your customers will be able to access your supplier. In July 2016, Florisoft, a new web-based system, will be introduced to all three branches. This will enable customers to access stock before it even arrives at our branches and have products delivered directly to their business.

The message is very clear from many customers – that time is very important and, whilst there will always be customers that prefer to make early morning visits to the cash and carry, there is a growing trend amongst business owners to buying on line and having goods delivered directly. In time, we expect this to become the standard operating model of choice.

Our objective, as a business, is to become your trusted partner. We want to become more than a supplier, because we believe that by working together we can achieve much more.
